The niche of Lizmark Transport Services has always been the ability of our operations center to act immediately upon the customer’s request for a truck when and where it is expected. We understand that good service means good listening skills, and that leads to a high level of customer satisfaction.
Actions, processes and procedure -To our customers we promise to maintain the highest level of attention to all shipments from start to finish no matter how large or small, with a good attitude. We'll maintain a true desire to assist, constantly improve, and communicate effectively in our Dispatch Center. We will customize the expectations and instructions of each customer that best suites their shipping pattern and we will maintain what has been outlined for us to do. These instructions will be communicated to all Lizmark personnel. The end result will be the most problem free transportation process possible - this will make customers happy from their front offices to the shipping dock.
Customer Care – Regular meetings are held at Lizmark by management with its employees. These meetings are held on a daily basis as we constantly maintain and evaluate the high quality standards that are set from our suppliers, i.e.: the carriers, warehouses, railroads and all others that we outsource to. All shipment data is stored on our servers. Analysis can be later analyzed for how we have performed on a shipment or a group of shipments for our customers. Efficiencies can be conceived over time by us and our teams either on cost or transit and offered to our customers.
An Open Invitation- we can and will offer to anyone in our customer’s organization in the various Departments- Shipping, Personnel, Purchasing, and Sales to inquire on any shipping order or any services that we offer.
Futuristically, we are aware that there are forces in the environment that can adversely affect our daily lives, such as weather, politics, fuel, and economics. We will strive to do our best to anticipate these changes. We also believe at Lizmark that we are fortunate to be living in a country that is free, thanks to God and our brave soldiers that put their lives on the line so that we can conduct good commerce in safety and longevity.
